The independent financial auditor with whom IAR SA has concluded a service contract is the audit firm „MACAVEIU CONSULT SRL”.
Its headquartered is in Brașov, Griviței Blvd. 68 ap. 6 CP 2200. The audit firm is entered in the Trade Register under no. J08 / 4/1991 and has CUI 10958796.
Mr. Ioan MACAVEIU, accounting expert at „MACAVEIU CONSULT SRL”, is authorized by the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (authorization No. 276).
